1. For new buyers only: Hard Luwill and Ctene reservations are made at least 2 hours in advance. We have a lot of runs every week so please make sure you can join the run before you reserve. We will issue a full refund if you cancel the reservation at least 3 hours in advance. We will charge 30% as a cancellation fee if you cancel within 1 hour in advance. No refund will be issued if you cancel at the last second or miss the run for any reason.
For returning buyers: If you will need to cancel a reserved run or miss a run, we will find another run that matches your schedule.
For all buyers: If you don't have the time to join a run or if you are not familiar with mechanics, we will provide pilot service for FREE.
2. If you die out during a run for the first time, we will find another run for you at no extra charge. Pilot will be recommended for the second run. If you die out again without pilot, we will count it as a finished run and no refund will be issued.
3. During pilot, we can also provide discord screen share, website private live stream, video recording, or a screenshot of full loot.
4. Pitched set or dawn boss items can be reserved or "pick up on drop" for some bosses. Please let us know before reservation.
5. Estella earring is offered for free. Please let us know ahead if you need them during Ctene runs.
6. All prices above are final. Discounts may apply if you buy multiple runs.
7. We don't match prices with other boss run providers but we will try to provide the most flexible service for you.
