I was scammed for $400 by him through paypal

I tried to send him money for an account we agreed on $400 for on cashapp and it declined so we went to Paypal and after I sent he full blocked me and now is not responding. DM me on discord agxo#0437 and I will show you all the proof, never purchase from this scamming piece of ****, he knew I didn't have the financial capability to be getting scammed and still did it, it is people like this that make the world a worse place and why no one can trust eachother.

 

I'll do $400 and it's a deal right now.
