I am currently not selling IP accounts; rather I am selling flat leveled accounts. What this means is the account comes with 0 IP but a good amount of leveling capsules.
After you open all the capsules, unlock the champions you want with the shards and then disenchant the remaining shards you then get IP.
Doing it this way saves me time and gives you a better IP value per cash spent than before.
