INSTALLMENTS TERMS AND CONDITIONS​

If you would like to purchase an account, but don't have the ability to pay the full value of the account immediately, I accept Installment Payment Plans and/or Account + Money deals for you to more easily make your purchase. By electing to pay to using an installment plan, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Financial Security: Before proceeding with any transaction, it is essential that you are financially secure enough to fulfill the total payment obligation for the account.
• Payment Structure: Buyers will make an initial down payment of [XXX] and may spread the remaining cost over a maximum of [XXX] days, as agreed upon.
• Account Ownership: Upon making the first payment, you will receive the account code. Full ownership and access will be granted only after the total amount is paid. Failure to adhere to these payment terms will result in temporary suspension of the account until payment is made according to the agreed schedule.
• In-game Purchases: It is not advisable to make purchases on the account before full repayment under the installment policy. Any in-game purchases made before completing payment cannot be refunded.
• No Refunds: A strict no-refund policy applies. If circumstances prevent you from fulfilling your payment obligations, refunds will not be issued. Ensure you are committed to this agreement before proceeding.
• No Cancellations: Once the agreement is made and the first payment is received, cancellations are not permitted. You must complete the payment schedule as outlined.
• Payment Dates: Regardless of the payment structure, the total amount due must be paid by the end of the month or sooner. Payments can be made on any day of the month. I will not send reminders, so please be organized and schedule payments on your calendar. If payment is not made by the last day of the month, I may temporarily revoke access to the account until the amount due is paid. Please communicate proactively.
• Late Payments: Failure to make payments on time will result in the loss of account access until the outstanding balance is settled. Additionally, a late fee of $200 will be charged for each month of delayed payment. Timely payment is encouraged to avoid these penalties.
• Account + Money Agreement: If you provide an account as part of your down payment, it will be assigned a dollar value and treated accordingly. If I sell it for more or less, it does not affect the terms of this sale. You must be the original owner of the account and provide KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation.
• KYC: You must be at least 18 years old to be eligible for installments. You must provide clear pictures of the front and back of your ID, a selfie holding a piece of paper with your EpicNPC username written on it along with your government ID.
• Privacy: Only I, Alpaszer, will view and store your documents indefinitely.
• Disappearing: Communication is crucial. If you miss a payment and do not contact me, I will wait for two weeks. If you do not reach out within this period, I will repost the account for sale, and you will forfeit the deal without a refund.
• Game Account Suspension/Ban: If the account is banned or suspended during the installment period, I will assist in working with the buyer and the game publisher to resolve the issue if possible. However, there is no guarantee of resolution, and the buyer remains responsible for completing installment payments as agreed.
• Amendments: I reserve the right to change or amend these policies at any time. All changes will be communicated to the buyer in a timely manner.

Additional Notes:

• I prioritize the financial well-being of my customers. If you have any uncertainties regarding your financial situation, I advise against proceeding with installments.
• Any attempts at fraudulent activities, such as chargebacks, will result in forfeiture of account ownership without refund.

By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge your understanding of and acceptance of the aforementioned conditions. Should you choose to proceed with installment payments, you are bound by these terms.
