I have never gotten banned and as stated I have a clean S3 (max S2 elo was about 1650). 67 Champions total, I'm missing mostly the newer ones. Over 50 dollars in skins including 5 legacies (i believe, I'm a bit out of the loop) and the legendary skin Lion Dance KogMaw. I have runes for the basic roles including bruiser, ap (mana and non-mana), support, and AD or ADC. This includes 2 RAZER mvt Quintessences and 3 Halloween health runes. Furthermore, I have 67 RP and 6596 IP in my account (including 8 ip boosts ready in queue) so you'll be able to buy a new champ as soon as you get the account.
