I'm looking for cheap low ranked NA accounts with female mc, preferably with Keqing and Mona. Mona and Fischl starter accounts would be wonderful as well if that duo is cheaper. I know I probably won't be able to find that cheap of accounts since the prices are pretty high for genshin atm but I'd like to try! If anyone here is also interested in Bang Dream or SIFAS accounts I can offer that along with money. Thank you ^^

Is AR15 low enough? I made an account for the Adventurers Assemble event and didn't expect to be so lucky. It's got Mona, Klee, Diluc, Fischl, Chongyun C1, Sucrose and a 4 star sword (Lion's Roar).
