Looking for an all around good account
At least 1500+ elo, near 1800 is better.

The account is not 1500.
because I dont play the account its a fresh account for S3 with 60++ champions I will double check Im from Europe myself hence the whole reason im getting rid with alot of smurfs ill just chuck in... I can speak to you on skype either typing or by voice and im not looking for alot etc etc.
