- The person that is leveling your account is located in (countries).
Most of our boosters are from Venezuela, playing at 220 ms (this is why we only boost to Platinum on NA.)
- They are using a VPN/Proxy to Boost? (Yes/No)
Yes, we also can connect from any part of US, contact our support before hand if needed.
- The customer can log into the account inbetween boosting sessions? (Yes/No)
Yes, the customer can always request a pause to play normals, however the customer can't play any Ranked games or it will be penalized with an amount equal to the LP Lost.
---- If yes, how much time should the customer wait after the booster logs out before they can log in? (hrs)
1 Hour.
- If the account gets banned or rewards are removed during Boosting or right after (within 2 days), we will compensate you (Yes/No, details)
If it is within 2 days, a full refund will be done.
