Lack of responsiveness/ghosted/lateness

We had our first run scheduled, he came 3 hours late and the run itself went without issue. Then, we scheduled again the following week at the same time.

When the following week came he rescheduled it to 2 days later (on the day). Then when that day came he just did not respond at all and has ghosted me since.
