As tittle said, my cousin tried getting into Genshin I'm looking for AR50+, 10+ 5* acc with those character and weapons. Budget depends but about $100 is the goal. I can pay more if your acc is worth compared to other sellers.
Must have: Ganyu, Hutao, Venti, Zhongli or close to guaranteed pity.
Semi-must have: staff of Homa, Amos bow
