I recently purchased a Genshin Impact account from the user Grekodo/3t3t#3755 on Discord, on the 31st of December for $300. We utilized the Epicnpc Trade Guardian system to make the trade and ARMIK was our middleman. As of today, the email linked to the account has suddenly been changed. Before purchasing this account, I asked the seller, Grekodo, if this account was one that he purchased from an original seller, making sure to have him confirm that this was not a hacked account. Included are screenshots of that exchange. As of right now, this scammer has removed and blocked me on discord. I am requesting for his Epicnpc account to be banned and I am asking if I will be able to receive any compensation from the victim fund since this transaction did utilize trade guardian.

as i said i dont have the original owner social media as the thread was made here and he also blocked me on discord , dev knew the risks and still agreed and the middle man asked him if he agrees to the conditions i stated on our discord , dev payed me using steam gift cards which i redemead so i cant do any thing about it , i had this account for 4 monthes or more , and the middle man can confirm that its not my email that is attached to it

This response is laughable. I tried contacting you before I made this post and the message did not go through due to me being either removed or blocked. I also never asked for anything concerning the money that I paid you because I know that money is gone, it's how a scam works. I don't expect to get everything that I paid back in the first place, I already accepted that, I know the risks of account buying after all lol. At this point you don't even need to be here, you already got your money so be happy with that and leave.

you asked for my response on the matter and i answerd , i dont keep clients on my friend list after trading , thats all it wasnot a block , sorry for what happend to you but i have nothing to do with it

the account was linked by email , as the first sellet told me he doesnot remember the username
and i stated that to armik that he must log in using his email always and dev agreed
 
@grekodo you are responsible for everything you sell here. If you can't reach the original owner to help you in resolving this then a full refund must be issued

I Don't think iam responsible of the account that i myself bought and stated that iam not the original owner , stating all the risks that could happen to the buyer and to the middle man
in 4 -5 monthes of buying the acc nothing happend , and we can't even tell that the buyer didn't actually get hacked as its a world wide proplem of mihoyo accounts .

You are free to reach the original owner and ask him for help. I am sure that he will be able to help you recover the account (in the case that was not him who took him back)

Dude you literally told me that you bought the account from the original owner and that I wouldn't have to worry about a reclaim. Clearly that wasn't the case. If what you said is true it shouldn't be hard to get back in contact with the seller that you say is the original owner and, as the mods said, help recover the account or refund me...

i stated every thing about the account, and the original owner banned me as well , clearly the email linked to it now isnot mine i tried to reach him but nothing , and i cant refund a steam gift card , you took the risk which i clearly stated and you knew pretty well that this stuff happens with genshin accounts ,You also know that this acc was worth much more , and as the low cost it was comes the risk with it ,

You were not responsive

As i stated before you are responsible for everything you sell here. A full refund must be issued and later you can dispute your payment against the original owner
