As for 4 stars: Sara C6, Bennet C5, Xinqui C6, Diona C6, Fischl C6, Xiangling C6, Chongyun C6, Barbara C6, Noelle C6, Sucrose C6, Rosaria C4, Kaeya C2, Ningguang C6, Beido C6, Razor C5, Lisa C1, Xingyan C4, Yanfei C6, Sayu C1, Thoma C1, Amber C1.
As for weapons many 5 star weapons and 4 stars, ill provide pic below.
Haven't played much recently so I don't have newer 5 stars or 4 stars but this account can carry you through all content with easy. Almost all 4 stars I do have are high constellation or max.
