I can't be sure, but no buyer buys an account and then gives feedback to the server. Besides, the starter account can't check the server because it's not displayed in the profile screen. It needs to play to a certain stage before that information is displayed.
Are you playing from the beginning? If yes, maybe the account is server 1.
