I am currently a top 500 player on NA, with a top rating of 216x. I have a featured guide on solomid.net (can link in PM), and have played with (and defeated) many of the top players including Saintvicious, Chaox, TheOddOne, Dan Dinh, Dyrus, and HotShotGG. I have decided not to pursue 22xx/23xx elo and decided to work on boosts for some money.

Elo Boosts:
All payments via Paypal gift. Payments for boosts are 50/50 - you pay 50 up front, I get elo job done halfway, you pay the rest, and then I finish the rest.
1200-1400 $30 per 100 elo
1400-1600 $40 per 100 elo
1600-1800 $50 per 100 elo
1800-1900 $60
1900-2000 $80

Elo Maintaining:
Elo boosts, aside from bragging rights, don’t really make much sense. If you get boosted to an elo that you are not supposed to be in, you will lose it back to your original elo. However, playing at higher skilled brackets will allow you to play with better players, and in turn, increase your own skill level. It's also exciting to play with better players, allowing you to prove your skill against them.
You may lose ranked games, but I will bring back up and maintain your elo at the level you desire. I will be actively checking and playing your account everyday to regain any elo that you may have lost. If you actively play ranked, it is worth it to have your elo maintained than having separate hassling and pricier elo boosts. Moreover, when you are having your elo maintained, you are free to play ranked on it every day (except when I'm on it, of course).
My Conditions:
1) You must already be at your maintained elo or above it when I first start maintaining it (if you are not, get an elo boost from me first)
2) You may not lose more than -100 elo net total in any given week (this includes you losing -50 elo, which I then regain, and then you losing -70 elo or any other combination).
3) You check from skype or on another League account to see whether I am already in a game
Weekly payments are to be paid at the start of every week.
Rates are weekly fees for maintaining. Price ranges are rounded down i.e. if you want me to maintain a 1900 (plat) account, you pay $50 a week, not $70.
