Must have eidolons: E2 or E6 SW999,E1 Ashveil,E2 Castorice,E2 Sparxie,E1 Yao Guang,E2 Firefly,E1 Tribbie,E1 Hyacine,E2 Evernight

Characters but can be E0:Cyrene,Phainon,Kafka,Black Swan,Evanescia,Dahlia,DHPT,Huo Huo,Sunday

Any other characters on top are okay but these are the main stays im looking, if you are missing 1 or two from e0 thats fine like phainon or Black swan.

Dont have a number in mind but budget is anywherw from 600-1k with possibility of higher depending on account.
