Synch level is actually 313 - not 311 as in screenshots, just levelled
Can definitely climb higher in towers - just haven't bothered to. This means there's more gems to be had.
Also many stages I haven't bothered to get all the hidden items - so more gems.
+ Haven't done Ex-06 lost sector, so that's ~1k gems to be had there.
But made sure to get all music tracks/rewards in limited events that expire.
