You shouldn't worry about farming for that unless you really care about their perfect status. Also, if you want to know details about it, I can also provide the info to you.
About in-game resources: Main chapters were finished, but there are lots of events like Archives, trust events, missions, and map collection, you can still finish them and farm some polycharms.
