You shouldn't worry about farming for that unless you really care about their perfect status. Also, if you want to know details about it, I can also provide the info to you.
About in-game resources: Main chapters were finished, but there are lots of events like Archives, trust events, missions, and map collection you can still finish them and farm some polycharms.
Will the characters still OP: Absolutely, you wouldn't be anxious with deadly assault and Shiyu defense 10000% sure.
