You'd tell me the specific enhancement level from 0-7 that you want the item and then set up a preorder for it at that enhancement. I'd then post the item and hopefully you'd get it through your preorder. If not, you have another chance to win it when it comes up for bid 10-15 min later if someone else didn't win the preorder.
