All class cards unlocked for all heroes. Each class has a deck built out. Everything you need to step right in and be able to compete in ranked right off the bat, and enough extras for you to disenchant/craft anything you'd like.
WoW account:
This account is my account that I leveled up by hand. It has never been banned or temporarily suspended. It has 10 level 90's, one of each class except Paladin (has a level 56 paladin). Basically for Warlords of Draenor, you can jump right in and play any class you want at level 90. All 90's have flying, some improved flight speed, several even have 310 flight speed.
