Unfortunately, no, as I have been playing on this account up until today. However, starting today(10/10/2021), I will not spend a single primogem on this account.

No. All of the purchases that made on this account belong to the last month's statement and not eligible for chargebacks.

I decided to quit this game today and just found out about this website.
Although I believe that there is extremely low chance of getting scammed as long as we keep the transaction within the website along with MM,
If that does not suffice, I am willing to provide my Photo ID and do the paper work for the legal biding contract before the transaction.
I am trying to quit the game, not to scam people.
