What am I looking for?
+ Lumine / Female Traveler
+ Ganyu with Amos Bow
+ Diluc
+ Venti
Those are the only things that are 100% set in stone character-wise. I'd like to have at least 15 5*, but who they are and all of that is something I'm very flexible with. Having all of the oculi collected is needed as well. While I'd rather character quests, city reputation, story quests, and all of that is done as well, I don't mind doing it again myself if needed.
