**Very Important, Must Read Prior to Sale**
Take a moment to review my policies on Refunds, Recalls, Installment Plans, and Account+Money deals (if you use one), as by purchasing an account from me, you are agreeing to the policies stated below.

Spoiler: Refunds and Recall Protection Policy

Refund Policy
Ordinary refunds are not eligible after the point of sale. Once you have the account secured, you cannot request a refund for that account. Please ask any questions or address any concerns you have prior to purchase!

Recall Protection Policy
Refunds are only available in the event of an account recall by the original owner, for which I offer several methods to help ENSURE that you get your refund.
There is no fee for using my Recall Protection methods, and using my Recall Protection is not required, it is an opt-in service.
However, refunds are only granted according to the criteria outlined below. If you choose not to use a method I explain below, you agree that you accept that no refund will be issued to you.

• Method 1: I keep my email linked to your account, and I will give you a code to login to each of your devices. If the account is recalled, I will 100% be able to tell because my email will no longer be linked. This is the best and truly only foolproof way of providing proof of a recall.
  • Pros: You're guaranteed a refund if the account is recalled, as it is the most sure-fire way to know that it is a legitimate recall.
  • Cons: You have to get a code from me anytime you get a new device (I'm available very often), and not be able to change your game password.
• Method 2: I link my Twitter to your account. Sometimes when an account is recalled, the original owner will remove any external links from that account. If this happens, I could be able to verify and would issue a refund.
  • Pros: You can change the email and password of your account, and get your own codes to login, and still have a very good chance at a refund if the unlink happens.
  • Cons: The original owner might not remove the links and I will still see that they are connected to the account. You would not get a refund as long as my Twitter stays linked since the recall cannot confirmed. Also there becomes a possibility of dead links on the account if my Twitter is somehow banned (unlikely).

If you would not like to use the above 2 methods and would rather opt out of my Recall Protection coverage, there are 2 other potential situations that could grant you recovery options or a chance at refund.

• I give you the required recall information. Sometimes, I will have the information necessary to recall the account being sold (Receipts, account creation location, device, etc). If I am in possession of this information, I can pass it along to you, which would allow you to recall the account back to yourself if needed. However, if I do so, I will not issue any refund for the account after that point, and you will accept that.
  • Pros: You get the relevant information to recall an account if needed, and you don't need any involvement from me afterwards.
  • Cons: You can't get a refund from me, and accept that regardless of what happens, even if you lose the information or the account, or the resolution with Hoyoverse CS does not work for you.
• The Hoyoverse username is deleted during a recall. Very rarely, when the original owner recalls an account, the original username can be deleted by chance during the process. If I can see that the username is no longer in existence, such as by attempting a password reset using the username and it cannot find any external email, I can issue a refund after checking.
  • Pros: You don't need to use my deliberate Recall Protection methods or need me to link anything to your account, and you can change the passwords as you want.
  • Cons: This is a highly unlikely situation and you're gambling that it will happen to you, and thereby accept a much higher chance of not getting a refund.

Additional Notes:

• Please let me know your preferred method to use if you would like to receive Recall Protection, or if you would like the recovery information (if available, it is not always an option). If you don't want to use Recall Protection Methods 1 or 2, and elect to receive both the full username and passwords to the game and the recovery email, you accept that you will not get a refund except for the situation in which the Hoyoverse username is deleted.
• If you purchase the account through the EpicNPC Middleman, you are by default opting out of Method 1 since they must resecure the email. Please inform me if you wish to use Method 2 where I link my Twitter prior to sale if you would like to be covered by Recall Protection, otherwise you accept that are not entitled to a refund if a recall occurs even if purchasing through Middleman.
• When receiving Recall Protection from methods 1 or 2, you are able to opt-out at any time and receive the full access anytime you want, just give me notice and I will work with you in a timely manner.
• If you would like to resell the account you purchase from me, you must opt-out of Recall Protection, since I will need to unbind my Twitter and/or surrender the email bound to the account.
• Note that refunds are for 100% of the agreed sale value of the account and does not include any fees associated external to that amount. I.e. if an account is sold for $250, and you paid $10 in fees, only $250 is refunded.
• If you do not opt-in to the Recall Protection program and purchase an account and receive the full login details, YOU HAVE OPTED OUT AND ACCEPT THAT NO REFUND WILL BE GRANTED (except username deletion). I am not responsible if you do not read the terms of my agreements, please do your due diligence as a buyer.

Installment Plan Policy & Account + Money Agreement

If you would like to purchase an account, but don't have the ability to pay the full value of the account immediately, I accept Installment Payment Plans and/or Account + Money deals for you to more easily make your purchase. By electing to pay to using an installment plan, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Eligibility: Only buyers who agree to the terms of this policy are eligible to buy an item using installments.
• Payment Terms: Buyers will make an initial down-payment of 30-50% value of the account, and may spread the remaining cost of the account over a maximum of 60 days. Exceptions could be made depending on your circumstances. The specific payment schedule will be provided at the time of purchase.
• Interest: There is no interest on the installment payments.
• Late or Missed Payments: In the event that a payment is not received by the specified due date, the account will be reclaimed and any prior payments made by the customer will not be refunded. Please ensure you are paying your plan on time, it is not my responsibility to remind you of an upcoming payment.
• Early Payments: Buyers may (and are encouraged!) to complete their payments early, if desired. There are no penalties or additional charges for this.
• Refunds: All sales made under this installment policy are final. There are no refunds on installment purchases.
• Game Account Suspension/Ban: If a game account is banned or suspended during the installment period, I will work with the customer and the game publisher to resolve the issue, if possible. However, there is no guarantee of a resolution and the customer is still responsible for completing the installment payments as per the agreed terms. Only in the event of a recall will payment plan be canceled, and a refund be issued per my Refund Policy.
• Account + Money Agreement: If you give me an account as a portion of your down-payment, it will be assigned a dollar value and will be treated as such. If I sell it for more or less is my business and does not change the terms of the sale. Additionally, if that account goes on to be recalled (if you are not the original owner of it for example), you agree to pay the dollar value of that account to me to reimburse it, and I would not be able to give you back the account (since this only happens if it is recalled). I reserve the right to not accept any account and only proceed with a money only deal at my discretion.
• Amendments: I reserve the right to change or amend these policies at any time. All changes will be communicated to customers in a timely manner.

By choosing to pay for a game account via installments, you are agreeing to all the terms listed above. Please make sure you understand and accept these terms before proceeding with your purchase.
