I would not be opposed to using a middle man the only issue I have is people love to charge back on Paypal. Meaning they pay I give them the account and they say they didn't purchase it and I lose my money and the account.

Use a middleman and you won't have this problem . This is too risky for the buyer since you have no rep, and are unverified. I would be interested if MM is used and account is changed to my email immediately.
