Other information:
In the first image he says it’s him, in second photo I even send link asking about account and he says thats the one. In the third photo is me asking how many orbs are in account currently and he says 3100, when I later login and ask why there are 0 orbs(fifth photo) he then unfriends me and I can no longer contact him. Final images is proof it’s him as it’s the account he links in newer sales!

Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof)
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc)
How long did you have the account before it was recalled?

Dispute and Feedback Dispute Changes
Epicnpc will no longer review disputes if one of these three Trade Guardian options is not used. There will be 2 types of disputes that can be opened.

1. Trade Guardian dispute - If TG was used, we will fully investigate as normal.
2. Scam Review - If TG was not used, only an account review will be conducted on the accused's account. We will check if they're a known scammer, previously banned member or have been accused of scams on other sites. They will then either be banned or not. An investigation into the dispute will not be conducted.
