There is a bug currently with the capital letter limit for thread titles.

We are aware of it and it will be fixed soon.
 
I apologize, this was not supposed to affect thread content, just the titles. The change has been undone until it can be fixed.

You will have to redo your changes, however you might be able to look at the 'edit history' and just copy paste the code from there to save yourself some time. Sorry for the trouble.
 
I'm not really sure if this is the issue but it seems like I can't use my old price chart anymore. I used to have a transparent background, but everytime I try to upload it now it gets a white background as seen here: http://www.epicnpc.com/threads/7109...No-cheating-customer-friendly-100-Positive-FB

Also, it seems like I can't click on the price chart to enlarge the picture a little bit so it's kinda hard to read.

It should be fixed now. Only the titles should be affected.
 
Looks like I can enlarge the picture now, but the white background remains. Any idea how to fix that? >.<

Likewise. Nearly every capital letter was changed to lowercase in mine. When attemping to edit the title it only allows deletion of characters :p
 
And please make every post use small letters isntead of just us, now it looks like we choose to have a silly title.

Kind of another unecessary change if you ask me, next to the forum for ''legit'' accounts that's now pretty much full of botted accounts and scammer. And that's the first page customers see after clicking on the Pokemon GO forums.
 
It looks spamming and unprofessional. When new members come here and see titles in all caps it looks like there's a lot of spam posted. We want to make the site look more professional looking. We can manually give members infractions and ask them to edit, but too many users abuse the CAPS.

I don't want to waste mods time editing titles all day, I'd rather mods look for scammers and other more serious violations.

Darvin93, your pictures is a jpg, before it was png or gif with a transparent background. We made an update 1-2 months ago that converts all uploaded images to jpg as png are normally 3x the size. jpgs do not allow transparent backgrounds, so it makes it white instead.

Just edit your image and match our post color as your background color. The reason you didn't notice is because the system probably cached your older image and most likly the cahced just updated and you're seeing the new image now.

So why are other posts able to post capital letters but not me anymore? Now I look unprofessional because I look too lazy to put some proper capitals in my title. Either give everyone the same treatment or not at all.

edit: I changed [VERIFIED] into [Verified] and now it stays like that, is this allowed?

This change affect all threads, but does not change the titles automatically. For existing threads, the change will happen once the thread creator edits the post, the system will then remove the CAPs from the title.

For those that decide to never edit their thread again, we will start giving infractions for this in a week which should be enough time for members to update their threads. Older inactive threads won't be included in this, just the threads on the first few pages that we see. It will take a few weeks, but eventually no active threads will have all CAPs.
 
Thing is if we add a few more to help each person that says its not enough people will still want or need more.
 
Yes, 12 should be enough. I looked through various forums and counted the cap letters in many different threads, 8-12 seems to be the average, so it was set to 12.
