My verification keep getting rejected

Hi, so for the last few days I'm trying to get verified but I keep getting rejected with reason tampered document

I assure you, my ID Card is not tampered, it's in good condition and it's genuinely mine. So I'm just going assume you guys didn't accept my country's ID Card (Indonesia)?

First, I disagree. My ID is not tampered, it's a brand new issued by the government itself like 1 year ago, heck it's even rarely leaves my wallet.
Second, one of your customer service said my verification didn't get accepted because my ID was not in English/Latin?

You requested your verification reset. The staff replied to you with a generic response informing you that only Latin/English IDs are accepted.

However in your case the ID is denied and will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Yeah I need help with this as well. My verification got rejected even though I gave an official Mexican Driver's License. It says English and Latin is accepted so I see no problem why I would have been rejected. I go to contact and it says contact support has already been done, but thats not the case.

You verified a US phone so you MUST submit a US ID. A ID from Mexico or any other country will be rejected. We also cannot accept expired IDs. Your ID expired 3 years ago.
