Hello,

I have been trading on EpicNPC for over 4 years, completing more than 200 trades with 100% positive feedback (42).

For the first time, I have been scammed with a TG Trade. I reported the scammer and left a 1-star feedback for the seller. EpicNPC CM was added to the transaction, but CM has been inactive for over 4 days, while the scammer continues to make shameless lies.

I don’t want to waste any more time. This was only a $20 trade, and I was lucky not to lose more. However, my main concern is the safety of other buyers. This person is a scammer and could defraud more customers, yet no action has been taken against him.

I request that my complaint be concluded with either a positive or negative decision as soon as possible. The continuous notifications are frustrating, especially when the scammer keeps replying.
