What is the "my files" or "web address" option for?

Whatever we upload is it avaliable to whoever views the post or only to admins, etc for verification?

I don't completety understand your questions, sorry.

But for Verification, only the Admins will have access for your personal info (ID) which is nessaccary for them.

If you upload contect on your thread, like picturs etc then everybody are able to see it.

I think he's referring to uploading images to his posts.

You can upload images from either your computer or images from a URL. Once you upload them, you will get a new URL. Copy/paste that into your post to display the image.
