What is the dispute about?
I bought Fortnite account [Epic Games] (11/30/2020) and He bullbake the account (20/1/2022)

I tried to log in to the account via Epic Games and I could not, because the email was changed

I tried to log into the account via playstation and I saw the name holder changed to Márk Konkolics (it is seller name) also the name was mentioned in the PDF as the first owner

I spoke with the account first owner (the seller) and he confirmed his name to me , also he say maybe some hacker stoled somehow that pdf information from mine account

but we know that in order to bullbake any Epic Games account we need to get some specific information, which no one has but the first owner of the account such as (OG mail-first IP -first invoice ... etc)

First of all You are the one who offered the account for sale right? And you made it clear on the site that you are the first owner

Second: I don't know why you bullbake the account, you probably want me to buy a lot of skins and items in it so that the account has a higher price.

Yes, the account was withdrawn from the first owner. The reason is as follows (as we know to bullbake the account, you must have specific information that no one can possess except the first owner) , even I don't have those information

I will conclude with one question and one sentence :
- Who can recover the account if no one owns the information other than the first owner?
- You stated that you are the first owner in your ad post, and now you say that your friend sold me the account (without you telling me this in advance), this is an explicit contradiction.

The account was in my posession at that time, just my friend helped me, cuz had not enough time to care w it, and i have still acces to the main email adress([email protected]) and i can see that no one made an account recovery.
You just try to scamm us after 1,5 year.

Just go trough your sentences:
You said first: "I tried to log in to the account via Epic Games and I could not, because the email was changed"
If the email, pw or something information like these changed, u ll be logged out from all device automaticaly...
So how can you log into playstation after emailchange? Cause you said: "I tried to log into the account via playstation and I saw the name holder changed to Márk Konkolics (it is seller name) also the name was mentioned in the PDF as the first owner"
Everyone can see that u trying to lie...

And also im think about taking legal action here, since this saudarabian dummy posting personal information about paypal deatails, and about previous personal account information without any proof.
I think its not mine responsibility that this kid loses his account somehow after 1,5years, or he just trying to make our reputation bad in this forum.
And also this scammer was claming on discord few days ago, that if i send the money back, he can give me all invoice email and information about my account to recovery...I ll attach screenshot about these sentences.. Its realy interesting, if he got all invoice information, why he just not recover the account, and why he said that only the 1st owner can have the invoice, when he got it already?
We have like 80+ feedback in this forum, using it since 2015 and i never scamed no one, wont start now...Please bann this saudarabain scammer , and remove my account warning.

So basicly with these informations and invoice mail, he can easily make a recovery in my name, making a video about that support say that the owner recovered the account, and pretend that he wasnt....

And you knew that only 1st payment invoice can work,casue you told me on discord before(i have screen also) but you still lied about that u can send me an invoice,what i can use for recover....

If you are unable to provide any details we will assume that you are not original owner. In thread has been posted that you are so this would be false advertising

Will give you 48 hrs to try to find any of these details so he can submit a ticket in order to get his account back

I just called the 0-24 line from my bank, and they said that they can give informations only about my previous card, what i used 2 years back from now.

And @Angel why u assume that i wasnt the 1st owner? I told you 100x time what happend w the emails/infos. Its my word against his word...Show me some evidance first pls that im the guilty one before u assume anything. Thanks

@FortniteBoosting if you are talking about rules, there is one called"false advertising" where item description must be correct but in your case it was inaccurate. In your sale thread, you posted that you are the original owner, later you posted that your friend sold him the account and in the next sentence that you purchased the account even you tried to accuse your bad English of that and that you are actually the original owner. I believe that your English is just fine and that you are trying to mislead this investigation. I am not saying that you are the one who recovered the account, but here is very obvious that you are not original owner and that you are not telling the truth. Because your thread info was inaccurate this is false advertising and you automatically lose the dispute here.

A previous decision will remain. Ban in 48 hrs if full refund is not issued

You stated your friend sold the account to JKWEZ. Why would he conduct the transaction if you're the original owner? Even if you let him borrow the account, why would he be involved in the sale at all?

Konkolics is not FortniteBoosting last name or first name that we have on file. This means one of two things.

a) You sent us a fake ID. This will result in a ban.
b) You are not the original owner. Maybe Konkolics is your friend's name. This is false advertising which results in either a 100% refund, if not then a ban.

Please enlighten me on who Konkolics is.

Im the 1st owner who registered the account, just since the buyer didnst asked the emails/infos, i deleted it after he bought my account. How would you recover the account and submit ID if you're using a fake name? Was the buyer told before payment the name on the account is fake and if something happened, you would have no ability to recover it?

If you are the Original owner, you are now required to recover the account. If you can't we will assume you are not the original owner. That would be false advertising and a 100% refund will then have to be issued.

Upgrades have been removed until the account is returned to the buyer or a full refund is issued.
