Looking for a console Account that Has either one of these 3 conditions: (No Activision) Payment is Negotiable.
(Must be able to unlink or not linked at all)

-All Blackcell dlc linked to the account

-Blackcell DLC Season 4-6 linked to the account (4-5 is acceptable)

-Blackcell DLC with Vault Edition linked to the account

Reason: Steam is linked wrong and activision support wont unlinked it even when it was escalated to a higher team. my steam had vault edition with blackcells so I'm purchasing a console account to get the cross progression of the dlc,
not waiting 1 year to enjoy stuff I originally purchased.
