I'll try to keep it as short and simple as possible.
I own at least a dozen or so Alesian Count Accounts. However, I can't run them all, because the majority of the people I was planning on giving them to is no longer interested in this game. Therefore, I would be willing to sell these Alesian Count Accounts for 500$ each. I would personally say this is about half the original price.
A Alesian Count account contains at least everything in the 1000$ Count Package. Title, ep, sparks, items, etc. So selling it at 500$ would in technicality mean selling it at half price. The accounts that I am selling will likely have slightly more ep and some event-items.
There is one requirement however, and it is that you would fall under me as a viscount. The account and County would be fully under your jurisdiction. Rule it as you like. However, as a viscount, you would be required to assist me in matters of war and there would be a minor tribute of sort, let's say around 5% of your collected county-level taxes. So if let say you collected 1000 gold coin in County tax each month, I would receive 50 gold coin each month. The other 950 goes to you.
Chronicles of Elyria is a game that has a strong focus on feudalism, which is what bought me to the idea above. Half price account, but you'd have to pledge vassalage to myself.
