Recently we been seeing a few sellers on our site popping up with multiple accounts. So I've decided to make an exception for bigger sellers that want separate accounts for employees.
If multiple people are going to be logging into the same account or using the same computer, they will be allowed if and only if the following conditions are met.
- The primary seller is MMOBay Verifed (or TWV) and is in the Premium Pro Seller group.
- We will add a note between the two accounts and the primary seller will become 100% responsible for anything that happens on this secondary account. This means if a scam is reported, the primary seller will be responsible for resolving it in the case the secondary user does not.
- If the secondary account is banned, the primary user will also be banned.
- We will allow a MAX of 3 total accounts. Primary, secondary, third.
- Secondary or third account does not have to be MMOBay Verified or Premium Pro Sellers.
I have no problem with larger sellers wanting separate accounts for employees, but you will be responsible for those accounts.
I should note being MMOBay Verifed does NOT give you the right to multiple accounts. This will be based on a per case system, so if a random person just wants multiple accounts they will be denied. This is only meant for large sellers with employees.
