that is really weird, my location is germany . i am using my mobile sometimes for epicnpc without wlan , maybe thats a coincidencebut i dont belevie in that

Well then someone was able to compromise your account then, you should change all your passwords and scan devices just incase. that user you multi accounted on shared a device with you, even if it was just someone logging into your epicnpc some how.

Says there were posts from that ip on your account but i cannot find any.

i got hacked 2 or 3 weeks ago and i changed everything but there is also the possibility that we indeed had the same ip

There's no trace that a 3rd party logged into either of your accounts or that either one of you logged into the other user's account. We'll have to investigate further to see why this triggered. I removed the account from your multiple account page.
