I understand your concern, and while the price may be off-putting for many, others see the value in it.
I've taken into consideration returns on my investment ($1300+ put into the game itself), the hours put in (1700+), as well as the Prime items that come with it (Excalibur and plenty other accessories). Of course, the sentimental value is also apparent.
Since I've put this post up over the weekend, I had received some offers, the first being $500.
To put some things into perspective, I've listed the things I felt were worth some value to other players in the initial post, as well as outlined more specific lists in the Google Spreadsheet. This includes the 200+ weapon slots, 40+ Warframe slots, every single Warframe and Weapon potato'd (reactors and catalysts) save for a few, lots and lots of cosmetics, nearly complete sets of event mods, weapons, palettes, and arcane helmets, as well as a host of other things left to do - Plains, Focus, other Prime Warframes/weapons, etc.
I will take your comment into consideration, but please forgive my lack of understanding since I am a first-time seller and I may not know exactly how things work yet. I do not wish to be a thief, nor do I intend to soil my image and dissuade others to make any offers. I believe in fairness and want this to be as smooth a transition as possible.
With all said and done, I will lower the buyout price in response to you and many others. I will also set the bid price to reflect a previous bidder since my highest bidder dropped out due to unrelated circumstances.
