Warframes
All of the warframes have orokin reactor in them (if not their primed version does), and some of them have one or more formas.
Weapons
(all currently obtainable are maxed, minus some event ones i missed and boar shotgun) below is how many i still have that are not sold or used for making an advanced one.

50 mele weapons
4 Kubrows (with all mods that i know of)
all sentinels
Lots of arcane helmets (pendragon excal included) nearly all cosmetic helmets, Valkyr and Nekros bonds.
4 syndicates maxed out
Archwing
All archwings with reactors itzal even 1 forma all weapons but the vandal many with a catalyst.
Also i have 5 catalysts, 4 reactors and 20 forma ready for use and more raw matherial then you are gonna need in the next 2 years of warframe. (unless you plan to build a giant dojo by yourself )
