Describe how you were scammed:He is new on the forum, so i asked him to send me his id scan , proof of address of bank documnt and bank card scan
But after he got gold, the payment got held.I will give him some days to resolve or i will post all his information to weibo /youkuso that all of his friends and family know the scam

I have already repaid him .. He is 1 of the most annoying sellers I ever worked with and that alone is a reason for me to **** him up
he made me send him my ID my statement my cc scan and after all that he says no cant trade u gold and refund me
I repaid him the 425$ because I am not a scammer but I have blocked him and I will never recommend him to anyone and will probably leave negative rep

He repaid me and also got chargeback

I was doubting if he kept using a stolen paypal account

So the first payment is still being held by Paypal? Then a second, separate payment was made and is now being chargebacked?

first payment was held by paypal ,then he repaid second payment but soon later got notification saying it is an unauthorized payment . after that i refunded second payment
now the first payment is being held by paypal still
