Our email logs show 6 emails were sent in the last 48 hrs, all successfully delivered to ba*****[email protected]

If it was blocked or invalid, it would be recorded.

Tell him to go here and add epicnpc.com to his safe list for hotmail. He shouldn't need to do this since our logs show they're being delivered, but I don't have any other suggestions for him.

Inbox> Options > Safe and blocked senders > Safe senders

thanks for the steps on how to get the email it was listed as blocked which i didnt know about so now i marked it as safe
