What is the dispute about? First Let me state I did Not buy from Mooseknucklin, but he is Original Owner and Took the time a while ago to try and sell me the account after recalling. Got very defensive and said he bought it back from person he sold it to which is impossible as he sold it to me and I resold it. I'll explain in detail in thread.

So here is the history as I know it. Mooseknucklin > Rafflez > Me > Pwn1337

Okay So Rafflez was selling accounts for me and his paypal locked from owing lots of money to paypal, and he could not send or recieve payments so I bought him an account and he gave me his which is the account in question. Now Eventually I resold it to Pwn1337. After Sometime after selling it, Mooseknucklin tried to sell it to me. I knew the character names well and called him out on recalling it. He said he bought it back from the person he sold it to, but clearly he did not. I lost track of who I sold it to so I had no proof whether he was lying or not So i figured if he recalled it, they would come to me. He also admited he had to claim it stolen to get the namechange Rafflez did undone. I let it be until someone notified me of an issue. And they did today. Pwn1337 came to me and said his account was locked and I reset the information so i can log in and see it. And I find the main account attached to it was removed By phone support. And that was the account Mooseknucklin tried to sell me. He also lied many times in the converstation

Also I not Looking for compensation on this account at this point, Im just looking to get mooseknucklin Banned for stealing Before he can hurt more people. I will Compensate my buyer when we reach some sort of agreement. And I don't want Compensation from Rafflez because hes a good friend and I know his situation

This confirms to me that Mooseknucklin recalled the account. However I still have a question for pwnyou1337.

If Mooseknucklin took the account back before on Sept 2nd as the Blizzard support ticket screenshot shows, why did it take pwnyou1337 almost 4 months to report it stolen to you?

This was the first account i purchased from doomedtofail, had no experience in account buying/selling whatsoever. So i happily purchased this account, geared the rogue up back in ToT. Eventually, i gave in to my guild's request, to switch over to my warlock instead of rogues,since every guild basically spammed warlocks cause of their opness. I did not have the funds nor interest to renew the gametime on this account that i purchased,i was too engrossed in progession and clearing through heroic content on my lock, it was not until recently that majority of my friends decided to quit wow or serious raiding, so i thought, i should get back to casually playing the rogue/warrior in this account,only then i realised its been compromised.

The evidence provided is very clear and pwnyou1337 has confirmed he did not sell it back to Mooseknucklin.

Mooseknucklin you must show proof who you purchased the account from if you want to dispute what pwnyou1337 is saying. Otherwise I will assume you stole the account back.

Deadline for reply will be Friday, Jan 3rd. Mooseknucklin will then be banned.
