In all likelihood you are not going to be able to offload 200b in a single go.

Your best bet is to take that 200b, purchase plex and other high value assets (Freighters, JF's, Implant Sets, etc) then sell the plex @ 6-7$ a pop on here, or the isk at 12-14$ a bil. You will be able to offload it extremely quickly as there has been a shortage of isk sellers on here. Just execute your sales via direct trade in Jita. Direct trades are extremely difficult for CCP to trade as there are a ridiculous amount of them going on every day. Make sure your buyer is paypal verified, and make sure they send the cash via gift and have them put in the comment section that they are purchasing a virtual good and will not try to stop the payment. Paypal does not support refunding money if it is for virtual goods.

no theres no legal/supported way for such trades with virtual goods. For this reason this forum exists
