Moneybookers alternative to paypal?

is moneybookers a good alternative to paypal, it works the same as paypal, deposit via CC / bank accnt,

can you do chargebacks on moneybookers? also they have lower fees than paypal..anyone have any issues with using moneybookers??

Yes, in my opinion.
Nope, you can't do chargebacks on MD.
NO issues thus far.
