Money order, safe or not? 1st time seller

hello MD, I am asking you for advice I am selling my rogue and I wondering if this is the right thing to do to not get scammed, this guy msged me and wants to buy it with a Money order... now I have never sold anything and dont know if this is safe or what and would like your opinions on this.

make him send it to u first and then exchange the rest of the info that is how i would do it

dont rush to anything.
make sure you are up to date with latest Scams etc,
read the forum guides.
be very careful if the buyer has no rep\low post count.
use middleman if possible

lots of scammers out there.
