You sure do, but it also takes a lot of time to level farming + tons of silver to level refining.. This account is for someone who wants a solid silvermaking account without effort.

I can do regular account with 150M on pve / pvp gear (no crafting) - for 70 and 100 $ no problem. (since you can powerlevel with Tomes of Insight)
Crafting is way different and you cannot powerlevel it much. That is why the price is higher.
