2) Don't buy anything in the lobby or store your money in bank (DO THIS IN ANOTHER LOBBY)
3) No explosions or attracting cops to where money is being dropped
4) Don't steal other peoples money
Failing to abide any of these rules will result in me removing you from the lobby
