These are very very rare. The ONLY way to get a lot of the above cars in 3D paints is to transfer an account that was made by someone with the right menus & knows what he's doing.

BOTH characters have full unlocks, every weapon including NG/CE weapons & the firework launcher
They have 99,999,999 of each firework.
If used on the 360, add to that 99,999,999 of each inventory item but the NG cars won't be there.
Instead, LG users will have combat rolls & no recoil + character redesign.
The cars listed above occupy 2 garages.
A further 4 garages are full of fully upgraded Pantos to sell.
I initially did this as R* were banning for cash dropping (& still are).
I now have an updated menu to bypass this, so have added :
$207 million.
Character one also owns a Cargobob.
