Mod infraction

Hi,
Same mod that deleted both my threads, instead of just moving them and banned me for 3days, now infracted me again for "duplicate threads" because :
-When he removed both my threads instead of moving them and banned me for 3 days i had created a new thread, logically bnecause the other ones were deleted
-I asked if it could be restored and moved
-Epic did so (Thank you again)
-Now i have 2threads (that i forgot about i wasnt bumping the 2nd one (which is the one i made when my first thread was deleted) and i got infracted for it

I did not create 2x threads, i had 1 , then it was removed and i made another one, the first one was restored and i forgot about the 2nd one that was NEVER bumped i did not try to play you or anything, it was just a temporary thread that i really did forget about.
Why i keep getting infracted a decent amount of posts by the same mod that sells my same service on the same section, i know you guys are professionals and such, but it sounds fishy
Cause he, instead of giving me 1 infraction for both thread (wrong section), he gave me two separate high infractions to get me banned, then now he again infracted me
This keeps going everytime.

Now, to stay on topic, can the last infraction be discussed about ? Because i really did not do anything wrong, it was just a temporary thread that i created while waiting for the 1st one to be restored... I did not create 2 threads on purpose

I'm sorry, but the infraction was correct. You should have waited for your thread to be restored since you requested it restored and not create a 2nd one. You knew that it would create a duplicate thread once your original thread was restored.

Now my subscribers thread has been removed and it's not a dublicate, subscriber != viewer bot ..... Why has it been removed?

Sticky threads do not count towards the dup thread rule, so that one is okay.

Both normal threads had 0 replies, but one had 121 view, the other 36 views. We removed the thread with 36 views.

Yes but you removed the wrong thread.. The subscription service is a different whole service on a totally different level
It's like selling lol accounts on EUW and selling boosting service, both regarding lol but diffeeent
