ArcheAge, most definitely.

And it's Free-to-Play in order to test most of the features, the combat, it's pvp focused, much more hardcore than Wow. And you can own land, build your house, mansion, craft, farm if you want. You don't even need to pvp if you don't want to. You should get a subscription in order to have a much easier life.

x1,000,000 times better than WoW, try it And don't read the haters that weren't good enough to succeed or didn't work hard enough. You can't have little effort - huge rewards, although the leveling is one of the fastest I've seen!

Tera is good if you don't mind playing games made by koreans. I myself love them, but plenty of people hate their graphics (ex. character models).
Devilian just got released, and i had high hopes for it but stopped playing after 3 hours.

Depends on what you are looking for, WoW takes a lot of time to get the lore, playstyle, terminology. If you are looking for fun, WoW-like MMORPG, then I'd go for something like Aion or L2
