i have a expired Australian Passport, can i still use this?

my paypal lists the same information except i have 2 last names (parents divorce) passport says DADs last name my paypal is my mums last name >.<

MOD HELP PLEASE? does this interfear? i have a French spelt middlename and my D.O.B is exactly the same on both passport and Paypal ?

you need a gov issued ID thats not expired.

I honestly think they shouldnt give this to any minor. Too much liability issues

The names must match, if you have different last names on your ID and Paypal it will fail. It also cannot be expired.
