MM protection for an account with a verified email attached?

As the title says, I'm just wondering if the Middle Man service will make sure that the account I buy will be changed to the middle man's email and then ultimately to my own? Otherwise, the seller could immediately change the password on the account through his email and get the account back. I know that the middle man service is not supposed to protect against account recalls so I just want to check and see if this would be included in the service or not? Thanks so much in advance!
