MM Paid Fee not being refunded

On December 30, I was trying to make a purchase via the MM, It was Transaction #51668.
After paying the fee directly with my bank account, the site kept on with the fee being unpaid, although I was charged 25 dollars for the fee, I decided to make the purchase directly with the seller I'm hopes that when we cancel the transaction the fee would be refunded, I've given quite a lot of time for the refund to be processed but by now I'm guessing there is another problem.
I have no problem providing receipts of being charged the exact amount the same day and hour as proof, I would just kindly ask to be refunded and I'll do anything on my side to make this as smooth and fast as possible, thank you.

If nothing is recorded, most likely that means it was declined. A declined payment should be returned fairly quickly, so I'm not sure what happened since it's been 14 days. If it is declined, we won't have any other info. We can't see when it's returned only that it was declined. You would have to contact your credit card company at that point for more information.

Well the issue is it wasn't declined, I got charged and It has been more or less 3 weeks since this happened, the money is gone, so I don't see how come it is not recorded if i got charged and I got nothing after 20+ days.

I have just done that a few moments ago, I hope we can solve this since it's been quite a while.
